We are open for in-store drop-offs and dispatch for pickup and delivery Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
We proudly offer service to St. George, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, Bloomington, and Washington, UT.
Pricing and Turnaround Times
The standard rate is $1.50 per pound for our next-day in-store drop-off service.
Pickup and Delivery rates start at $1.50 per pound in our core service zones.
Yes. The minimum charge for In-Store Drop-Off is $15.
The minimum charge for Pickup & Delivery is $20.
Yes. You can request Same-Day Rush for in-store drop-off if submitted before 12:00 PM; same-day service costs $2.25 per pound with $15 minimum.
Next-Day Rush for Pickup & Delivery is also available upon request through the scheduling portal. Call (435) 216-1626 to make this request.

No. Spot treatment is included in our standard wash and fold price at no extra charge.
No. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. Our rates include washing, drying, folding, and delivery (for P&D orders). Fees for specialty items (comforters, etc.) and optional hangers are clearly outlined on our Pricing Page.
However, there is a $10 missed pickup fee that will apply if you schedule a pickup and there is no laundry to be picked up when our driver arrives.
How We Do Laundry
We use high-quality, eco-friendly detergents and softeners that are gentle on your clothes and safe for sensitive skin. We are happy to use hypoallergenic products upon request.
Yes, absolutely. Whites, colors, darks, and delicates are always separated before they are washed, following professional laundry standards.
Yes. We take pride in the details; pairs of socks are always matched and folded neatly.
Yes. Hanging service is available upon request. We provide the hangers at a cost of $0.25 each. Please specify this request when scheduling your order. For pickup and delivery orders where multiple items are requested to be hung up, please bag and label these items separately.
We take utmost care with your laundry, but in the rare event of a concern, your order is covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Our in-house staff of expert laundry attendants trained in our Nest wash and fold practices do your laundry. We do not outsource your laundry to a third party and we do not invite gig workers to process Nest Laundry orders at our facility.
Account Management and Policies
You can manage or cancel your pickup or recurring service through your online account portal. We appreciate as much notice as possible.
If you have a recurring schedule, you can easily pause or skip a week's pickup directly in your online account management section. This allows your nest to stay tidy even when you’re away.
If our driver arrives and your bag is not available, you will be charged a small $10 missed pickup fee.
When setting up your account, you can use the "Preferences" field to communicate long-term instructions (like "always use hypoallergenic soap" or "air-dry all button-up shirts"). These notes will apply to every order automatically. For one-time notes, use the "Special Instructions" field for that specific order.
